Placements24 is seeking a diligent HR Administrator with Payroll expertise to join our client in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will manage payroll processing for all employees, ensure compliance with SA legislation, and maintain accurate payroll records.

You will handle employee pay queries, coordinate with the finance team, administer benefits, and prepare statutory payroll reports (SARS). The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR administration focused on payroll, strong Excel and VIP/Sage

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in HR administration with payroll focus.
• Strong knowledge of South African payroll legislation and tax regulations.
• Proficiency with payroll software VIP Payroll and Sage Payroll; MS Excel competency.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees according to policies and law.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll data for hires, terminations, and changes.
• Administer employee benefits programs (medical aid and retirement fund).
• Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports to SARS and other agencies.
