Placements24 is seeking an HR Administrator with payroll expertise to join the Kimberley team. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain HR records, and uphold compliance with SA labor laws and company policies in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with HRIS and payroll software. On-site position in Kimberley, Northern Cape, offering growth in HR functions.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience with payroll focus.
• Proven experience with payroll software and South African regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data with accuracy.
• Administer employee benefits and onboarding/offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and BCEA.
• Prepare HR reports and respond to payroll/benefits queries.
• Collaborate with external payroll providers as needed.
