Job summary

ZealHR is recruiting for an HR & Payroll Administrator based in Krugersdorp to manage full payroll administration and provide hands-on HR support in a busy agricultural environment.

You will process bi-weekly payroll using Sage 300 Payroll, maintain confidential records, handle attendance with ERS/biometrics, and assist with onboarding, employee relations and HR reporting while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with bi-weekly wage payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Sage 300 Payroll.
• Experience with ERS or biometric timekeeping systems.
• Strong confidentiality and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage full bi-weekly wage payroll process from timekeeping to submission.
• Process payroll accurately using Sage 300 Payroll.
• Capture and verify appointments, leaves, overtime, and changes.
• Ensure accurate hours, leave, and deductions; reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and meet deadlines.
• Assist with payroll reporting and month-end payments.
• Manage attendance using ERS/biometric systems and verify clockings.
• Handle HR admin tasks: onboarding, employee movements, disciplinary processes.
• Support employee relations and liaise with supervisors and unions where required.
