Exceed HR and Recruitment in Randfontein, Gauteng, is seeking a Payroll and HR Administrator for a permanent role. You will manage bi-weekly wage payroll using Sage 300 Payroll, process wages, overtime, leave and deductions, and maintain payroll records.

You will support HR administration, onboarding, terminations, transfers and HR processes, and handle time and attendance with biometric systems. You will ensure deadlines and labour requirements are met with confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience processing bi-weekly wage payroll.
• Strong working knowledge of Sage 300 Payroll.
• Experience with biometric/time and attendance systems.
• Experience handling employee queries and HR administration.
• Trade union/employee relations experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full bi-weekly wage payroll process using Sage 300 Payroll.
• Process employee wages, overtime, leave, allowances and deductions.
• Reconcile payroll information and resolve discrepancies before submission.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and payroll documentation.
• Assist with employee onboarding, terminations, transfers and HR administration.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and month-end payroll-related payments.
• Handle employee queries, grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
• Liaise with supervisors, management, trade unions and shop stewards.
• Ensure compliance with payroll deadlines, company policies and labour requirements.
