Job summary

enablesa in Port Elizabeth is seeking an experienced Patient Administration Manager for a hybrid role, with the option to be based in Cape Town. You will lead the Team Leaders responsible for Credit Control and Case Management, and support the Head: Administration.

You will monitor operational performance, debtor age analysis, month-end reporting, and funder compliance, driving standardisation and continuous improvement across the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in private healthcare administration, revenue cycle management, case management, credit control, or related function.
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory or management experience.
• Sound knowledge of private healthcare revenue cycle processes, medical scheme rules, and funder requirements.
• Strong understanding of case management, credit control, age analysis, and month-end debtor processes.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel capabilities for analysis and reporting.
• Working knowledge of funder and industry portals will be advantageous.
