Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels daily to maintain relevant manufacturer stock levels.
• Manage cash outstanding on a daily basis.
• Manage and actively clear out aged stock.
• Conduct stock takes on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Ensure Parts Sales Target and Profitability are met.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies.
• Manage Team for High Performance Culture.
• Visit distributors, fleet owners, trade outlets and shops to sell parts and accessories.
• Ensure all exchange items are returned.
• Ensure company discount structure is properly applied.
• Care for company property and ensure economical use (e.g. car/delivery van).

Main Purpose of Job

The successful candidate will have to ensure the profitability of the Parts Department. The successful candidate will furthermore be responsible to ensure manufacturer and dealership targets are met. Lastly the candidate would need to have strict control over inventory.
