Job summary

Placements24 partners with a prominent social impact organization in Sandton seeking a Partnerships Development Manager. You will identify and manage strategic collaborations with corporations, foundations, and community groups.

You will develop tailored proposals and negotiate agreements, while stewarding partners. Collaborate with fundraising, marketing, and programs teams, track outcomes, and report to leadership while staying updated on CSR trends in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in partnership development or related field in non-profit or social impact.
• Proven track record in establishing and managing strategic partnerships with significant results.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in Sandton.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and community organizations.
• Develop and execute tailored partnership proposals and plans.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligning with organizational goals.
• Manage and nurture existing partnerships for deeper collaboration and increased support.
• Collaborate with fundraising, marketing, and programs teams to drive cohesive initiatives.
• Represent the organization at events and networking opportunities to build visibility.
• Track progress, measure impact, and report to senior leadership on activity and outcomes.
• Develop compelling communication materials to showcase value and impact of partnerships.
• Stay informed about CSR, philanthropy, and non-profit partnership trends.
• Achieve ambitious targets for securing new partnerships and engagement in Gauteng.
