Job summary

FNB Community Advisor in Sandton is a 12-month hourly rate contract at a FirstRand POP branch. You will deliver prompt service, understand client needs, and process requests while supporting sales and service delivery in line with FNB standards.

The ideal candidate will have Grade 12/NQF4, 1–3 years in client-facing roles, and comfort guiding customers toward digital channels. You will aid customer engagement and ensure accurate admin.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.
