Job summary

FirstRand Limited in Sandton is seeking a part-time Community Advisor on a 12-month hourly-rate contract within the FNB Points of Presence network. You will deliver prompt, professional service, understand customer needs, and process requests to support sales and service delivery aligned to FNB standards.

You will also drive migration to Self-Service and digital channels, grow the active customer base, and provide accurate statistics for management and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF 4.
• Preferred: NQF5 certificate in banking, business admin or customer service.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to grow the portfolio.
