Job summary

FirstRand Limited's FNB POP team seeks a Community Advisor for a 12-month hourly-rate contract. You will deliver prompt, customer-centric service, understand needs, process requests, and support digital and self-service channels to enhance branch performance.

You will build strong client relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to sales targets while upholding governance and service standards in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/NQF 4 required; FAIS-recognised Level 5 preferred.
• 1-3 years customer-facing experience in financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
