Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Growth Marketing Manager you own paid media for B2B clients: targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding, testing, tracking and attribution with GA4, GTM and platform pixels, and craft the 90-day roadmap for each client with clear numbers on calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
