Job summary

Paracon is partnering with a leading higher education institution in Johannesburg to recruit Outbound Sales Consultants. You will proactively contact prospective students, guide them through study options, and promote a range of programmes to convert leads into enrolments.

Ideal candidates are energetic, target-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Matric is essential; prior outbound sales or call centre experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
• Previous outbound sales, telesales, call centre, customer service, or student recruitment experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and objection-handling abilities.
• Computer literate with experience using CRM systems.
