Salary: R140,000 - R260,000 per year (Cost to Company, Negotiable)
Manage existing customer lead campaigns and generate new leads through consistent activity and high energy.
Initiate conversations from cold leads, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
Transition smoothly from live transfers, guiding clients through the sales process.
Present quotes clearly and explain product features and benefits in straightforward language.
Handle objections confidently to close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Ensure all disclosures, recordings, and disclosures are completed accurately and promptly in the CRM.
Achieve daily activity, talk-time, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain call quality and compliance scores, adhering to approved scripts and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices, support dialling strategies, and improve scripts.
Matric certification with RE5 and FAIS qualification (e.g., NQF5 Wealth Management).
Experience in telesales, active listening, persuasion, and effective communication.
Knowledge of the class of business relevant to the products sold.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and CPD hours.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and a strong understanding of insurance product sales.
