Job summary

Jabba Connect in Cape Town is seeking an outbound sales consultant to join our growing sales team. The role focuses on making outbound customer sales calls and maintaining quality standards throughout.

You should be results driven, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. Experience in outbound call centres and selling telephony subscriptions is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in outbound sales call centre or similar.
• Proven experience selling telephony subscriptions.
• Working knowledge of call centre applications (e.g. Vicidial).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound customer sales calls to achieve targets.
• Maintain quality standards in all customer interactions.
• Sell telephony subscriptions and related services.
