TransPerfect in Cape Town is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team. You will engage in high-volume outbound calls, build strong partner relationships, spark interest, and generate leads to drive new business.

The ideal candidate will qualify prospects effectively, close deals with confidence, and collaborate with management to identify opportunities. Fluency in English and a proactive, structured approach are essential for success.

Competenze

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Prior working experience in a customer facing role would be a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to interact with clients in a confident manner.

• Work closely with the Production Management Team to manage client expectations and provide exceptional customers support.
• Oversee pricing and contractual matters, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Stay informed about clients’ industries, business goals, and company culture to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Take on additional projects or duties as needed to support business objectives.
