Job summary

Time Personnel is seeking a dynamic B2B sales professional in South Africa to drive partner sign-ups and manage ongoing relationships with UK-based clients. You will source new partners from lists and cold effort, then onboard them with welcome packs and referral links.

You’ll work with a CRM to log calls and outcomes, ensuring regular follow-up and growth of active partners. A hunter mentality and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B phone sales, account/partner management.
• Clear and confident spoken English (essential).
• Must be results-driven and a hunter mindset.
• Ability to identify and prioritise lucrative potential.
• Experience keeping relationships going over months.
• Experience using a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Call UK retailers, installers, contractors, restaurants and hotels from lead lists and source new ones.
• Explain the partner programme to owners/managers and sign them up.
• Send welcome packs to new partners with referral links and guides.
• Call partners to provide assistance after signup and manage orders.
