Tailormade Solution is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Representative in Cape Town to generate new business, develop a robust sales pipeline, and engage key decision-makers. You will present technical solutions, prepare quotations, and manage client relationships from lead to close.

The role emphasizes hunter instincts, strong negotiation, and the ability to travel to client sites as needed in a competitive B2B market.

Qualifications

Matric required.
3+ years' proven B2B sales or business development experience.
Demonstrated track record of generating new business.
Proven experience with cold calling and proactive prospecting.
Experience managing a sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing.
Strong negotiation and closing ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
Good commercial awareness.
Willingness to travel to client sites.
Good computer literacy and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

New business development: identify opportunities, cold call, meet clients, develop a healthy pipeline.
Solution-based sales: understand requirements, present solutions, prepare quotations.
Client relationship management: build relationships, cross-sell, maintain communication throughout the sales process.
Sales administration: maintain CRM data, track opportunities, prepare reports and forecasts, close deals.
