Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth for the Joint Replacement portfolio across Limpopo. You will act as a trusted advisor to orthopedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders, combining clinical knowledge with consultative sales expertise to win and expand opportunities.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will own territory strategy, execution, and results, while upholding Stryker’s integrity and service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in orthopedic portfolio.
• Proven ability to manage a territory independently and consistently close business.
• Established orthopedic network in Limpopo.
• Strong commercial understanding of public and private healthcare sectors.
• Fluency in English and a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a robust territory business plan for Limpopo, including SWOT analysis, SMART objectives, and contingency planning.
• Drive revenue growth by winning market share, closing opportunities, and expanding key accounts across public and private sectors.
• Build strong, value-based relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement, and hospital leadership.
• Act as a clinical and commercial expert, discussing Joint Replacement / Arthroplasty products, procedures, and innovations.
• Provide high-quality in-theatre support, education, and training during procedures.
• Use consultative selling to understand customer needs and position solutions accordingly.
• Support pricing strategies, financing options, and tender processes with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Mentor and support junior sales colleagues, contributing to capability development.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and full compliance with Stryker's ethics, quality, and customer service standards.
