Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth for the Joint Replacement portfolio in the Limpopo region. You will work with orthopedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders, combining clinical knowledge with consultative sales to achieve territory targets.

You will develop a territory plan, close opportunities across public and private sectors, and provide in-theatre support and education while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of orthopedic sales experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage a territory and close business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust territory business plan for Limpopo.
• Drive revenue growth by winning market share and closing opportunities.
• Build value-based relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement, and leadership.
• Provide in-theatre support, education, and training during procedures.
• Support pricing strategies and tender processes with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Mentor junior sales colleagues and maintain compliant reporting.
