Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of orthopedic sales experience; seniority upgrade possible.
• Ability to manage territory independently and close deals.
• Established orthopedic network in Limpopo.
• Strong knowledge of public and private healthcare sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• English fluency and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust territory business plan for Limpopo.
• Drive revenue growth by winning market share and expanding key accounts in public and private sectors.
• Build strong, value-based relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement, and hospital leadership.
• Act as a clinical and commercial expert on Joint Replacement products, procedures, and innovations.
• Provide high-quality in-theatre support, education, and training during procedures.
• Use consultative selling to understand customer needs and position solutions accordingly.
• Support pricing strategies and tender processes with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends for portfolio growth.
• Mentor and support junior sales colleagues to build capability.
• Ensure reporting and full compliance with ethics, quality, and customer service standards.
