Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth across the Limpopo region, focusing on Joint Replacement products. You will manage the territory end-to-end, building strategic relationships with surgeons, hospital leadership, and procurement teams.

You will act as a clinical and commercial expert, supporting tenders and pricing, and delivering in-theatre education and product training. A strong network in Limpopo and a proven track record in orthopedic sales are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of orthopedic sales experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage a territory.
• Established orthopedic network in Limpopo.
• Strong commercial understanding of public and private healthcare sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust territory business plan for Limpopo.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding market share and key accounts.
• Build relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement and leadership.
• Act as clinical and commercial expert on Joint Replacement products.
• Provide in-theatre support, education, and training during procedures.
• Use consultative selling to understand customer needs and business drivers.
• Support pricing strategies and tender processes.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Mentor and develop junior sales colleagues and contribute to capability.
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with Stryker's standards.
