Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth in Limpopo across the Joint Replacement portfolio. You will engage orthopedic surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and procurement teams, owning territory strategy and execution with integrity and expert clinical/c commercial insight.

You will provide in-theatre support, educate teams, and leverage consultative selling to position solutions while collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager on pricing and tenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of orthopedic portfolio sales experience.
• Ability to manage a territory independently and close business.
• Established orthopedic network in Limpopo.
• Fluent in English with a valid driver's license.
• Strong understanding of public and private healthcare sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High integrity and commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan for Limpopo with SMART objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by winning market share and closing opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement, and leadership.
• Discuss Joint Replacement products, procedures, and innovations credibly.
• Provide in-theatre support, education, and training during procedures.
• Use consultative selling to understand customer needs and solution fit.
• Support pricing, financing, and tenders with Regional Sales Manager.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends for growth opportunities.
• Mentor junior sales colleagues and drive capability development.
• Ensure reporting and compliance with Stryker's standards.
