Placements24 is seeking a skilled Management Consultant to join their team in Centurion, Gauteng. You will work with client organizations to diagnose issues, design tailored change initiatives, and guide implementations that drive sustainable performance.

The role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, experience in ADKAR or Kotter models, and a readiness to travel within Gauteng. You will facilitate workshops, develop change plans, and contribute to thought leadership and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Business Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, or change management.
• Proven experience diagnosing organizational issues and designing practical solutions.
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client structures, processes, and culture to identify improvements.
• Design and implement change strategies including restructuring and process re-engineering.
• Develop change management plans and stakeholder engagement approaches.
• Facilitate workshops and training for client employees.
• Measure impact of interventions and provide ongoing recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate changes.
• Support senior consultants and project managers to deliver client outcomes.
• Contribute to thought leadership and best practices in organizational change.
