Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of organizational design principles, structures, and dynamics.
• Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process) and organizational design frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential barriers to adoption.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Design and implement optimal organizational structures and frameworks to support strategic objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees at all levels to support change initiatives.
• Advise leadership on effective change leadership approaches and organizational design principles.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness of change interventions and identify lessons learned.
• Utilize data and metrics to track progress and measure the impact of change management efforts.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management into broader transformation programs.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure successful partnership.
