Placements24 is seeking a proactive Management Consultant with expertise in Organisational Design to join our Stellenbosch team. You will diagnose current structures, design future-state models, and support implementation to align with strategic goals and boost operational effectiveness.

You will collaborate with leaders across functions to ensure designs enhance agility, efficiency, and employee engagement within Stellenbosch's academic and business landscape.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in organizational design, change management, or human capital consulting.
• Proven experience diagnosing organisational issues and designing structural solutions.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills at all organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client organizational structures, workflows, and human capital to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and develop optimal organizational models, including reporting lines, team structures, and role definitions.
• Develop strategies for talent management, performance management, and workforce planning aligned with new designs.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather input and gain buy-in for proposed changes.
• Support the implementation of new organizational designs, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Assess the impact of organizational changes on culture, employee experience, and business outcomes.
