Placements24 is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a power plant in Mahikeng. You will manage a team of plant operators and technicians, coordinate shift activities, monitor performance, and ensure safe, reliable generation.

The ideal candidate holds a National Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering and has at least 5 years in power plant operations, including 2 years in a supervisory role, with strong leadership and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in power plant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of power generation processes, equipment, and control systems.

• Excellent knowledge of industrial safety practices and emergency response procedures.
