The role requires 5+ years in power plant operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, plus an engineering degree and proficiency with SCADA/CMMS. Lead and develop a skilled team in a dynamic energy facility.

Qualifications

• Requires a trade qualification or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in power plant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Strong understanding of power generation technologies and control systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve operational issues safely.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant operational software and safety protocols.
