Placements24 is seeking a Power Plant Operations Supervisor to lead the operations team at the Richards Bay facility. You will oversee daily plant activities, ensure safe and efficient energy production, and drive improvements in reliability and performance.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with generation equipment and control systems, and a solid track record in safety and environmental compliance within an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in power plant operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with generation equipment and control systems.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
