Job summary

PEPstores in the Northern Suburbs (Cape) is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage and optimise PAXI operations. You will handle buying and planning of merchandise, manage claims, and coordinate between internal teams and 3rd party systems to support PAXI's success.

The role requires 3 years of logistics/buying/planning experience in retail, a relevant Diploma or BCom degree, and strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Matric with maths and relevant Diploma (NQF 5/6) or BCom degree.
• At least 3 years experience in logistics, buying or planning in retail.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and G-Suite.
• Familiar with parcel tracking systems and call centre systems.
• Strong attention to detail with good time management and prioritisation.
