Recruit for Africa PTY Limited in Cape Town is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to lead our luxury designer fashion retail team and ensure smooth daily operations across the store and online channels. You will oversee sales, customer experience, and inventory flow, manage a small team, and coordinate product listings on WooCommerce.

Qualifications

• Matric is a prerequisite for the role.
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in luxury or designer fashion retail.
• Experience in premium clothing/boutique retail and handbag sales is advantageous.
• Experience with ecommerce/online buying using WooCommerce or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

We are looking for an exceptional Store and OPERATIONS MANAGER to join the team of a luxury designer fashion retailer in Cape Town and play a key role in taking the business to the next level.

Excellent sales and customer-service skills with organisation, initiative and management potential. The successful candidate will become an important part of the management team and will be responsible for ensuring that the business operates smoothly when the owner is not present.

The primary responsibilities of the Operations Manager will be:

• Selling designer clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories in-store.

The ideal Operations Manager candidate will have experience in the following:

• Matric is a prerequisite. A tertiary qualification would be an added advantage.
• At least 3 years' experience in a managerial role, preferably in luxury or designer fashion retail.
• Experience in premium clothing / boutique retail and handbag sales would be an added advantage.
• Experience working with E-commerce / online buying using WooCommerce or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to use you own initiative. We are looking for someone that has outstanding leadership skills and the ability to manage a functional team. Someone with excellent communication and presentation skills; written and verbal.

Operations Manager salary: Competitive Remuneration: market-related salary package.
