Qualifications

• Matric is a prerequisite; a tertiary qualification would be an added advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a managerial role, preferably in luxury or designer fashion retail.
• Experience in premium clothing / boutique retail and handbag sales would be an added advantage.
• Experience working with E-commerce / online buying using WooCommerce or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to use your own initiative.

We are looking for an exceptional Store and STORE MANAGER to join the team of a luxury designer fashion retailer in Cape Town and play a key role in taking the business to the next level. This is more than a traditional retail position. We are looking for someone who combines Excellent sales and customer-service skills with organisation, initiative and management potential. The successful candidate will become an important part of the management team and will be responsible for ensuring that the business operates smoothly when the owner is not present.

The primary responsibilities of the Operations Manager will be:

• Selling designer clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories in-store.
• Delivering an exceptional and sophisticated customer experience.
• Building relationships with new and existing clients.
• Uploading and managing products on WooCommerce.
