Perfect Placement Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager to lead hotel operations at a live-in role in Groblersbrug. The candidate will oversee daily hotel activities, manage multiple departments, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid hospitality management background, with a preference for a degree in Hospitality Management.

Salary: R28 000 – R32 000 (live-in position)

• Manage staff across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, and maintenance departments
• Promote a culture of teamwork and excellence
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop budgets and forecast expenses
