About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-oriented and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to‑day management of a reputable hotel in Rustenburg . This critical role requires a strategic leader adept at managing all hotel departments, ensuring seamless operations, maximizing guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing operational strategies, leading a diverse team, and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality throughout the property. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to shape the guest experience in the vibrant North West province.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all hotel operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance, ensuring high service standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational and financial goals, optimizing revenue and controlling costs.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest services, addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, motivation, and performance management to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Maintain rigorous standards for health, safety, and security across the entire hotel property.
• Manage budgets, P&L statements, and operational reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a senior operational role (e.g., Operations Manager, General Manager).
• Proven track record in managing hotel operations, driving profitability, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of hotel management systems, financial reporting, and operational best practices.
