JVR Software is seeking a seasoned Lodge Operations Manager to oversee daily luxury lodge operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Guest Relations. You will lead a team of professionals, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strict adherence to service standards.

The role demands 5+ years in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, budgeting, and operational knowledge. Live-in arrangements may be considered in remote lodge settings to support 24/7 operations.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality operations.
• Previous experience as a Lodge Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, Lodge Manager, or similar senior operational role.
• Experience working within a luxury lodge, safari lodge, or remote hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of all lodge departments and operational procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily lodge operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Relations.
• Lead and develop staff to maintain luxury service standards.
• Monitor budgeting, cost control and financial reporting across departments.
• Drive guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure audits and inspections are completed successfully and on time.
