Job summary

Bright Search Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a senior hospitality manager for a prestigious luxury lodge. The role requires extensive leadership experience in front-of-house, F&B and housekeeping, with a strong focus on guest relations and delivering ultra-high service standards.

Ideal candidates will have 35+ years in management/supervisory roles within luxury properties, with safari lodge exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant hospitality management qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 35 years' experience in a management or supervisory position within a luxury lodge, hotel or boutique hospitality establishment.
• Previous experience in a luxury safari lodge environment will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Front of House, Food and Beverage and Housekeeping operations.

• Financial administration, budgeting and stock control experience.
• Computer literacy and experience with hospitality management systems.

Qualifications
