Job summary

JVR Software is seeking an experienced hospitality operations manager for a luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape. The role requires 3–5 years in a management or supervisory position within luxury hospitality, with a focus on Front of House, F&B and housekeeping.

You will lead a team, uphold guest relations and luxury service standards, manage budgeting and stock control, and ensure smooth daily operations. A relevant hospitality qualification is preferred, and previous safari lodge experience is
