Placements24 is recruiting for an Operations Manager at a world-class luxury safari lodge near Port Elizabeth. You will oversee day-to-day lodge operations spanning guest services, accommodation, activities, and hospitality to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets and procurement, and enforce health and safety policies while collaborating with management on strategic planning and capital expenditure to uphold the lodge's premium reputation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lodge or hotel operations management.
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams and complex operational logistics.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.

This critical role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of the lodge, ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all departments including accommodation, guest activities, and hospitality services. You will be instrumental in maintaining the lodge's high standards of service, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring the seamless delivery of authentic safari experiences.
