Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement at our Upington facility, leading lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and uphold quality across operations.

You will analyze data, manage improvement projects from concept to completion, and develop staff training on operational excellence while balancing on-site execution with strategic planning in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (required).
• Minimum of 5 years in operations management or process improvement with focus on lean or Six Sigma.
• Proven track record leading operational improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of operations excellence strategies in Upington.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies.
• Manage improvement projects from conception to completion with measurable results.
