Placements24 is seeking an Operations & Efficiency Management Consultant to join our team in Mahikeng, North West. The role centers on evaluating client operations, designing improvements, and delivering measurable efficiency gains across diverse sectors.

You will lead process analyses, develop optimization strategies, and collaborate with client teams to implement changes, ensuring sustained performance improvements and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or management consulting.
• Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
• Strong understanding of Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients in Mahikeng, North West.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed operational assessments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes, workflows, and resource allocation.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with client teams to drive adoption of new processes and best practices.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with clients to implement operational changes and ensure sustainable improvements.
• Identify opportunities for technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in operational management.
