Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or management consulting.
• Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
• Strong understanding of Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients in Mahikeng, North West.
