Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of management consulting or operations experience with focus on efficiency.
• Proven experience leading operational improvement projects with measurable results.
• Excellent remote communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and performance management techniques.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
