Qualifications

4+ years of experience in operations management, industrial engineering, or operations consulting.
Proven track record in implementing operations excellence initiatives with measurable results.
Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Analyze clients' operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and process re-engineering to drive improvements.
Develop performance metrics and dashboards to monitor progress.
Facilitate training and workshops for client staff on new processes.
Collaborate with clients to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
