• Ability to follow runbooks and implement steps as instructed by remote team.
• Perform basic checks like link lights, port mapping, and cable reseat.
• Assist with rack mounting/un mounting and cable dressing per site rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to enable remote troubleshooting and remediation.
• Connect to devices via console and grant remote access as instructed.
• Coordinate with Remote Support for post-install verification.
• Perform basic configuration tasks under supervision (IP/VLAN as instructed).
