Experience with on-site network support and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions for remote sessions.
Familiarity with console access and basic configuration tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide physical onsite assistance to enable remote troubleshooting and remediation.
Connect to network devices via console and follow remote instructions precisely.
Assist with rack mounting/unmounting and cable management per site rules.
Verify LED and link status, alarms, power and cabling condition and report.
Perform basic checks: link lights, port mapping, cabling reseat and labeling.
Coordinate with Remote Support Team for post-install verification.
