Provide daily onsite support to end users. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain Windows desktops and related infrastructure while assisting with Active Directory user management and email systems.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support in Microsoft environments.
• End-user desktop support for ~50 users.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with Exchange and Microsoft 365.
• Networking fundamentals knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Onsite support experience is preferred.

Provide daily onsite support to end users. Troubleshoot andresolve hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain and support Windowsdesktops and related infrastructure. Assist with user account administrationthrough Active Directory. Support email systems and ensure mail flowfunctionality. Communicate effectively with both technical and non ‑ technicalusers. Ensure professional conduct when dealing with the client’s staff andenvironment. Maintain clients environment and uptime.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience, specifically withinMicrosoft-based environments.
  
• Proven experience providing end ‑ userdesktop support for a network of approximately 50 users.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including:
• Windows Server
• Active Directory (user management, group policies, permissions)
• Level 1 desktop support experience, including troubleshootingand resolving OS, application, and hardware issues.
• Solid desktop hardware knowledge. Experience supportingMicrosoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 email environments.
• Good grasp of networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
