Quantanite in Sandton, Johannesburg is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide frontline support for a popular food delivery platform. You will handle orders, payments, and deliveries via phone, chat, and email, working US hours onsite with evenings and overnight shifts.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and the ability to stay composed in busy environments. Two or more years in customer service and comfort with multiple digital platforms are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience (BPO preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, chat and email in a courteous and timely manner.
• Resolve concerns related to orders, payments, deliveries and app usage.

• Record interactions and outcomes accurately for escalation if needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues.
