Job summary

AGILE ALTERNATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a Client Service Consultant for a 6-month fixed term contract in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. This non-sales role entails providing dedicated service support to corporate paypoints, enhancing service delivery, managing queries, and ensuring stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates should have Matric and 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong administrative skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between multiple paypoints are required.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years experience in a service environment.
• Strong administrative skills and query resolution capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support at high-volume paypoints.
• Assist members with queries and billing issues.
• Act as a service support point for employers and brokers.
• Investigate and resolve queries within timelines.
