Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Client Service Consultant for a fixed-term contract in South Africa. You will educate clients on digital and self-service options, process cash transactions, balance and replenish branch stock, and perform first line device maintenance to support business goals.

You will also engage clients, resolve login issues, assist with statements and documentation, and nurture long-term client relationships while adhering to Nedbank policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Retail/Banking Client Service, Cash, TechSavvy, 1st Line Problem Resolution experience. Where applicable, foreign experience.
• 2–3 years in a Customer Service / Client facing role.

Responsibilities

• Address client concerns related to queue flow or digital devices.
• Assist clients to download online applications and resolve login issues.
• Help clients buy value-added services online or via self-service devices.
• Provide statements, cards and documentation from self-service zones.
• Build and maintain client relationships by updating on progress or actions taken.
• Identify and deliver financial solutions through client engagement and care.
• Educate clients on self-service, digital functionality and features.
• Guide clients to complete service needs online.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer to relevant departments.
