Job summary

Medipost Pharmacy in Gezina, Pretoria, seeks an Oncology Manager to provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership for the Oncology Department.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure safe, compliant, patient-centered pharmaceutical services, manage staff, train and uphold GPP and POPIA compliance.

The role focuses on improving service delivery, stock management, and coordination with internal teams and contracted practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Ideal: experience in courier or retail pharmacy and Oncology medicines.
• Registered Pharmacist with SAPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance, ensure GPP and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day oncology operations and SLAs.
• Develop training and performance management for Oncology staff.
• Manage stock, cold-chain and off-site oncology services.
