Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' Process Engineer experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of process simulation software and Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Design, develop, and implement new or modified manufacturing processes.
• Conduct pilot tests and trials, collecting and analyzing data.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and flowcharts.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
